Just had the Pilot in for inspection. Ended up doing a bunch of work. Really pleased with all my interactions with the team. I feel extremely welcomed by everyone at the front desk and on the phone. I also really like the email summary of the work - including the visuals. Not sure when this started but very cool. Communication is so important when dealing with used cars and repairs. This is an area where I would give Autotec an A+. Also, I am very comfortable referring others to your shop as I have the confidence they will receive the same service I do.

This was my first visit to Autotec and it was a positive experience - Thank you.
The issue with my car had previously been incorrectly diagnosed by SJ Toyota where I was told I needed a new wheel sensor AND wiring harness. I was skeptical. As it turned out the harness was needed but the sensor was just fine - Correctly diagnosed by an Autotec technician.
Thanks for saving me over $300. I'll be back and will spread the good word about Autotec.
